Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Daysolvily (“the Service”, app.daysolvily.com), operated by Tech Solvily LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, 701 E Franklin Street, Suite 105, Richmond, VA 23219, USA. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Daysolvily is a personal planning tool that brings your tasks, habits, calendar, and time-tracking into one view. It can connect, with your authorization, to third-party services such as Google Calendar, Notion, and HubSpot to read and (where you act on them) update your items.

2. Beta & eligibility

The Service is currently offered as an open beta: anyone may create an account. Access may be limited or changed, and features may evolve or be discontinued. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract.

3. Payment, billing, and cancellation

Daysolvily is offered as a single paid plan: US$20 per month, billed monthly. Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include any taxes that may apply.

Free trial. New subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. A payment method is collected at checkout. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid monthly subscription and your payment method is charged US$20.

Renewal. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Each renewal charges the payment method on file.

Payment processor. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; card data is handled by Stripe under its own terms.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage subscription (the Stripe customer portal). When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current paid period; you are not charged again after that.

Refunds. Payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. Partial months are not refunded. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@techsolvily.com and we will review it. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer-protection rights in your jurisdiction.

Failed payments. If a charge fails, we may retry it and may suspend access until the balance is resolved.

Price changes. We may change the price with prior notice; changes take effect on your next billing cycle, and you may cancel before then if you do not agree.

4. Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. Notify us at support@techsolvily.com of any unauthorized use.

5. Third-party integrations

When you connect Google, Notion, or HubSpot, you authorize us to access and modify data in those accounts on your behalf, solely to provide the Service. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the integration or via the provider. We are not responsible for third-party services or for changes they make to their APIs.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security or access data that is not yours, no interference with or overloading of the Service, and no reverse engineering except as permitted by law.

7. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you create or connect through the Service. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you (store, process, back up, and transmit your content as described in our Privacy Policy).

8. Intellectual property

The Service itself — its software, design, and branding — is owned by Tech Solvily LLC. These Terms grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service; they do not transfer ownership of the Service to you.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. During beta in particular, the Service may contain bugs and may be interrupted or changed. We do not warrant that data synced from or to third-party services will be error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech Solvily LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling on termination is described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Virginia, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights of your jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
